The development of the resort includes not only basic services, such as a central reception, technical administration of houses and land, or bicycle and ski storage (limited capacity). It will also offer related services in areas accessible directly from the main service road.

Parking spaces are available at all houses. Additional spaces will be provided by covered parking lots that will be built as part of each of the two construction stages. The KORZO LIPNO resort offers apartment housing on a plot of land with an area of ​​32,000 m2, which includes various types and sizes of apartments, from small apartments with an area of ​​around 35 m2 to more spacious ones with an area of ​​approximately 100 m2. We currently offer 75 apartments.

The KORZO LIPNO resort follows the existing development of Lipno nad Vltavou, naturally expanding the center of the village in the eastern direction and is gently connected to it by a pedestrian zone leading to the shore of Lake Lipno.
